Pricing
Charged by the order.
Never by the page.
Most printing apps bill you per document, so the shop that sends an invoice, a packing slip and a receipt pays three times for one sale. FlowPrint counts the order once and stops counting.
- $0/mo 50 orders a month
Getting the first ones printing
Enough to set up your templates, pair a printer and run a real week before deciding anything.
- $15/mo 250 orders a month
A steady week, every week
Around eight orders a day. The usual step up once printing has quietly become part of the routine.
- Most shops $35/mo 1,000 orders a month
A shop that is properly busy
Around thirty orders a day, with room for the weeks that spike well above it.
- $75/mo 5,000 orders a month
High volume, more than one location
Around a hundred and sixty a day, across as many printers, warehouses and automations as you need.
Prices in USD, billed by Shopify on your existing store bill. Change or cancel any time from inside the app.
Nothing held back
Every feature, on every plan.
The plans differ by how many orders you put through them, and by nothing else. There is no feature you unlock by paying more, and nothing on the free plan is a crippled version of the real thing.
-
Every document type
Invoices, packing slips, labels, picking lists, receipts. No document is reserved for a higher plan.
-
Unlimited printers and workers
Connect as many computers and printers as you like, in as many locations, with backup printers behind them.
-
Unlimited templates and automations
Design as many documents as you want and as many rules for sending them as your business actually needs.
-
Quotes and back-in-stock alerts
The storefront quote system and sold-out product alerts are part of the app, not an add-on.
-
Your own sending address
Send email from your own domain so customers see your business. Included on the free plan too.
-
Customer document access
Invoices on your order status page, in customer accounts, and attached to the emails Shopify already sends.
One order, worked through
Order #1043 costs you one.
- 1 Counts once
The order is paid
An invoice prints in the office and a packing slip prints in the warehouse, on two different printers.
- 2 Free
The customer emails asking for a copy
You reprint the invoice and email it across without leaving Shopify.
- 3 Free
It ships
A shipping label prints and the customer gets their invoice attached to Shopify's own dispatch email.
- 4 Free
Part of it is refunded a fortnight later
A credit note prints for your records, in the same month.
Six documents, two emails, one order off your monthly count.
The details
How the count actually works.
- What counts as an order?
- An order counts once, the first time FlowPrint makes a document or sends an email for it in a calendar month. That is the only thing that moves the number.
- What is free after that?
- Everything else for that same order. A second document, a third, a packing slip for the warehouse and an invoice for the office, an email to your team, a reprint next week: none of it counts again.
- Do previews count?
- No. Designing a template and previewing it never touches the meter, however many times you do it.
- When does it reset?
- At the start of each calendar month, back to zero.
- What happens if I reach the limit?
- Printing pauses and the job is recorded with the reason, so nothing fails silently. It starts again the moment you move up a plan, or when the month rolls over. You are never billed for going over without choosing to.
- How am I billed?
- Through Shopify, on the store bill you already pay. There is no separate account, no card to give us, and you can change or cancel the plan from inside the app.
